By visiting our store, using our website, placing an order, booking grooming services, participating in events, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases, book services, or participate in transactions through our website or store.

By placing an order or booking a service, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

 

4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue, replace, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Orders may be placed:

  • Through approved communication channels

We accept payments through authorized payment gateways, UPI, cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.

Mighty Furries does not store credit card or banking information. Such information is processed securely by authorized payment service providers.

 

6. HOME DELIVERY SERVICES

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Operational constraints

  • Third-party logistics delays

Delivery Failures

Orders may be rescheduled or cancelled if:

  • Delivery address is incorrect

  • Recipient is unavailable

  • Delivery location is inaccessible

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

 

7. GROOMING SERVICES

Appointment Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Pet Health Disclosure

Pet parents must disclose any:

  • Medical conditions

  • Skin issues

  • Aggressive behaviour

  • Allergies

  • Recent surgeries or treatments

Failure to disclose relevant information may impact service quality and safety.

Grooming Safety

While every reasonable care is taken, grooming services involve handling animals and may occasionally result in minor stress, skin sensitivity, or incidental reactions.

Mighty Furries shall not be liable for pre-existing medical conditions or undisclosed health concerns.

Behavioural Concerns

For the safety of pets, staff, and customers, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue grooming services if a pet displays aggressive or unsafe behaviour.

 

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Pet Food and Consumables

For hygiene and safety reasons, pet food, treats, supplements, medicines, and consumable products cannot be returned once sold unless:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is expired

  • Incorrect item was supplied

Non-Consumable Products

Accessories, toys, apparel, and other non-consumable products may be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to:

  • Original packaging

  • Original invoice

  • Product being unused and undamaged

Refunds

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

 

9. PET EVENTS, CAMPS AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Participation in pet carnivals, vaccination drives, contests, photography sessions, awareness programs, and community events is voluntary.

Participants agree that:

  • They are responsible for the conduct of their pets.

  • Pets must be appropriately vaccinated.

  • Mighty Furries may photograph or record event activities.

By participating, you grant Mighty Furries the right to use photographs, videos, and event-related content for marketing, promotional, and community engagement purposes.

 

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Handle pets responsibly within store premises.

  • Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards.

  • Ensure pets are vaccinated and fit for public interaction where applicable.

  • Treat staff and other customers respectfully.

Mighty Furries reserves the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in abusive, disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour.

 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Mighty Furries website, including:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Images

  • Designs

  • Text

  • Marketing materials

are the property of Mighty Furries or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mighty Furries shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss arising from misuse of products

  • Manufacturer defects beyond applicable warranties

  • Delays caused by third-party service providers

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are advised to follow product usage instructions and consult veterinarians for health-related concerns.

 

13. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Mighty Furries Privacy Policy available on our website.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Mighty Furries reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions shall be published on our website and become effective upon publication.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

 

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in Thane District, Maharashtra, India.
