RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CREDIT NOTE POLICY

At Mighty Furries, we are committed to providing premium products and exceptional service to our customers. To ensure product quality, hygiene, and fairness to all pet parents, the following Returns, Exchanges & Credit Note Policy applies.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused and unopened.

  • Original manufacturer packaging must be intact.

  • All tags, labels, seals, stickers, and accessories must be attached and undamaged.

  • Product must be in saleable condition.

  • Original purchase invoice or bill must be presented.

Mighty Furries reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return.

 

2. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened pet food

  • Opened treats or chews

  • Supplements and healthcare products

  • Medicines and veterinary products

  • Grooming products that have been opened or used

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Celebration cakes, bakery items, and perishable products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage by the customer

 

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An expired product

  • A manufacturing-defect product

  • An incorrect item supplied by Mighty Furries

Please notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

Upon verification, Mighty Furries may offer:

  • Product replacement, or

  • Credit Note equivalent to the purchase value

at its sole discretion.

 

4. CREDIT NOTE POLICY

No Cash Refunds

Mighty Furries does not provide cash refunds for returned merchandise.

No Refund to Original Payment Method

For purchases made via:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Any digital payment method

refunds shall not be credited back to the original payment source.

Credit Note Issuance

Approved returns will be issued as a Mighty Furries Credit Note equivalent to the eligible value of the returned product.

The Credit Note:

  • Can be redeemed against future purchases at Mighty Furries.

  • May be used across products and services offered by Mighty Furries.

  • Is non-transferable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be partially redeemed for cash.

 

5. CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY

Credit Notes shall remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Unused balances remaining after the validity period shall automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.

 

6. EXCHANGES

Customers may request an exchange instead of a Credit Note, subject to:

  • Product availability.

  • Compliance with return eligibility conditions.

  • Payment of any price difference where applicable.

If the replacement product is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as a Credit Note.

 

7. ONLINE AND HOME DELIVERY ORDERS

For products purchased through home delivery or online ordering sourced from Mighty Furries:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be requested for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Mighty Furries reserves the right to arrange inspection before approving the return.

 

8. FINAL DECISION

All returns, exchanges, replacements, and Credit Notes are subject to verification and approval by Mighty Furries.

The decision of Mighty Furries regarding product condition, eligibility, and resolution shall be final.
